Organisational management model ex. Legislative Decree 231/2001

Italferro S.p.A. has adopted an Organisational, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, which represents an organic set of rules, procedures and controls aimed at preventing the commission of offences by its employees and collaborators, in relation to the activities carried out in the interest or to the advantage of the company.
